Bikes & Accessories Kenya respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email and delivery address when you order or book a repair.
- What you bought and how you paid. We don’t store M-Pesa PINs or card details.
- Basic website data, such as pages visited and device type, through cookies and analytics tools.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To keep records we’re required to keep for tax and accounting.
- To tell you about offers, only if you’ve agreed. You can opt out any time.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
Only the people who help us serve you: delivery riders and couriers, our website host, and payment providers. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for up to 7 years for tax purposes. Marketing contacts are removed when you opt out.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Call or WhatsApp 0728 818 724, or email orders@bikesandaccessorieskenya.com. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
