You can collect your order from the shop or have it delivered.
Collect from the shop (free)
Choose Pickup from Shop at checkout. We’ll call or WhatsApp you when your order is ready, usually the same day. Collect from Total Rosslyn, Ruaka, during opening hours: Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm.
Delivery in Nairobi and Kiambu
Delivery costs KSh 300 and normally arrives within 1 to 2 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders over KSh 5,000 are delivered free.
Outside Nairobi
We send parts and accessories country-wide by courier. Call or WhatsApp 0728 818 724 before ordering and we’ll quote the courier fee for your town. Bikes outside Nairobi are sent part-assembled; we’ll explain what’s left to fit.
When your order arrives
Please check the parcel before the rider leaves. If anything is damaged or missing, tell the rider and WhatsApp us a photo the same day.
