These terms apply when you buy from bikesandaccessorieskenya.com or from our shop at Total Rosslyn, Ruaka. Bikes & Accessories Kenya (“we”, “us”) runs this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prices and stock
Prices are in Kenya shillings. We check stock and prices on every order. If an item has sold out or a price shown was wrong, we’ll contact you before taking payment and you can change or cancel the order.
Orders and payment
Placing an order on the website is a request to buy. We confirm it by phone or WhatsApp. You can pay by M-Pesa once we’ve confirmed the order, or pay when you collect or receive it. The order is complete when payment is received.
Delivery
See Delivery and collection. Delivery times are estimates; we’ll keep you posted if there’s a delay.
Returns
See Returns and refunds. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
Repairs
We’ll tell you the price before starting any work, and check with you before doing anything extra. Bikes not collected within 30 days of us telling you they’re ready may be charged storage.
Safety
Cycling carries risk. Wear a helmet, keep your bike maintained, and have parts fitted by someone who knows how. We’re not responsible for injury or damage caused by parts fitted incorrectly by others.
